This page can be used to check your accumulated download traffic for the month. Enter your modem's serial number or MAC address into the provided field - this number will be shown on a label on the bottom or side of your modem. For indoor window units, enter the last 8 digits, after the last "X" in the serial number. 4G customers: Enter your full account number - for example: 012-012345.
