Ed joined SpeedConnect in June of 2004 after a successful installation career with Microcom Wireless Cable Television in Saginaw Michigan. In 2005, Ed was promoted to the position of Installation and Service Supervisor for the Michigan Region. Ed recently earned an additional promotion to the position of Technical Operations Manager for the Michigan Region. Ed’s hands on approach and real world field knowledge make him an invaluable member of our technical team that insures a superior broadband connection for our valuable customer base. Additionally, Ed is heading up SpeedConnect’s efforts in Michigan for mission critical network operations, technician recruitment, training and management as well as new technology deployments and network expansion.
